RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase at Little Bean's Toy Chest. We are happy to exchange or refund the orders that you are not 100% satisfied with, OR that you have received in a damaged or faulty condition, within 30 days of purchase.
Please email us your full name and order details regarding any returns and we will advise of exact process according to the following guidelines:
- If your item is not what you truly wished for we are happy to issue a store credit for the product. The product must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be in original, undamaged packaging for a credit equivalent to purchase price. If the packaging is damaged, you may only be offered a partial refund.
- Shipping back to Little Bean's Toy Chest will be at the customers expense for change of mind and we will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged deliveries.
- No returns or refunds on sale or seconds items.
- If the product is damaged, Little Bean's Toy Chest will pay the cost of return shipping. Please make sure the items are packaged appropriately to ensure a safe journey.
- Personalized items: Please note that the personalized quiet books can only returned if the book is damaged upon arrival.
Change of mind before order is shipped
If you change your mind about a product after an order has been placed, but before it has shipped to you, please contact us as soon as possible. You will be refunded via your original method of payment.
When you make a purchase, we incur a transaction fee (about 2-6%) for transactions made through PayPal or Shopify. Before refund, this transaction fee will be deducted from the total amount.
$250 Free Shipping on return orders
If your refund brings the original order below $60.00, the 5 USD flat rate shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Little Bean's Toy Chest have the right to reject any returns outside of the 30 day return period or items which are returned in a used condition (including damaged product packaging). Reasonable care of returned goods must be taken; failure to do so may result in refusal of refund or we may deduct up to 50% of the cost based on the condition the goods ae returned in.
Product returns that do not meet our return criteria will not be refunded.
